As your home respiratory and DME equipment and services provider, our number one priority is the safety of our patients and our employees.
 
As a result, we have implemented the following measures:
  1. We are maintaining social distancing of at least 6 feet in both the workplace and during home delivery/pickup, whenever possible.
  2. We are asking patients to complete a screening questionnaire to determine high-risk situations for our employees.
  3. We have enhanced cleaning procedures for all of our equipment.
  4. We are communicating frequently with our employees regarding the latest guidance from the CDC.


What does this mean for you?

  • We need you to let us know if you or anyone in your household is quarantined or has been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
  • You may be asked to put equipment outside your home for pickup. 
  • Deliveries may be made to your doorstep, limiting face-to-face contact. 
  • Routine maintenance and service visits may be delayed until after the crisis has subsided.    
  • Tank deliveries may be limited as community leaders encourage citizens to stay home.    

We are also working with other healthcare providers in your community, including hospitals, to provide equipment needed for inpatient treatment and assist in a speedy discharge.
