How does this process work?


We will discuss options with any company looking for an exit strategy. Respiratory-based businesses are preferred, but we are also open to those who can help us achieve operational efficiencies or have experience in a complementary business line. We are always looking for ways to increase our footprint and offer more products and services.


Our streamlined process begins with a non-disclosure agreement. In most cases, we can extend an offer within a week. If the owner would like to expedite the process, we can assume the service component as quickly as 30 days after close.
