Acquisitions & Asset Purchases
Rotech Healthcare Inc. is a premier national provider of home healthcare products and services with over 300 locations in 45 states. Continued growth through targeted acquisition and investment is a significant driver in our business strategy. Seeking out the right partners broadens the number of ways we can serve patients.
Nearly 40 years of experience in respiratory home care give us a deep knowledge base to draw on as we innovate, make wise investments in technology to improve efficiency, and move our business — and our industry — forward. We have successfully acquired and integrated over 65 businesses in the last four years and view acquisition and investment as a key to our future success.
How does this process work?
We will discuss options with any company looking for an exit strategy. Respiratory-based businesses are preferred, but we are also open to those who can help us achieve operational efficiencies or have experience in a complementary business line. We are always looking for ways to increase our footprint and offer more products and services.
Our streamlined process begins with a non-disclosure agreement. In most cases, we can extend an offer within a week. If the owner would like to expedite the process, we can assume the service component as quickly as 30 days after close.
What does Rotech offer?
Rotech offers veteran leadership, years of experience, significant purchasing power, leading-edge technology, and all the advantages of national reach. Our dedicated transition team will do all the heavy lifting to make this a smooth transition for everyone involved.
We will continue to provide local, first-rate care for your patients. Our focus is on clinical and service excellence. Patients and their providers are our highest priorities.
