Patient Portal is a frequently used term in healthcare. Many practitioners, payment processors, and equipment manufacturers maintain secure websites where you can access personal health information related to that specific provider.
 
Rotech’s My Patient Portal site is where you can review Rotech electronic documentation signed on a tablet.  You can also update your demographic and insurance information, and view your ticket history with shipping tracking numbers.  
 
Rotech’s My Patient Portal does not support payment processing. If you are attempting to pay your bill, please see the Billing Questions section above or visit Pay My Bill for more information.
 
If you are attempting to log onto your CPAP machine’s manufacturer portal (ResMed, Respironics, ResVent, etc.) please review the instructions given to you when you received your device or contact your Rotech location for assistance.
