extent possible and consistent with our established business partners
within our industry, Rotech has developed and
maintains a bidders' list of small, small disadvantage, small women
owned, HUBZone, service disabled veteran owned
and veteran owned small business concerns from possible sources. Various
representatives attend business opportunity
Workshops, Minority Business Enterprise Seminars, Trade Fairs,
Procurement Conferences, etc. Make available a formal
registration process for potential suppliers.

6. What considerations are factored in when determining suppliers for
eligible products or services? First and
foremost, the supplier must be able to meet the quality standards of our
company and our customers. The supplier
must be able to provide products/services at a reasonable price.
Adherence to contractual specified requirements of our
customers (i.e. VA) is also factored in when evaluating suppliers.
